Sialkot, Punjab, has been the heart of global sports goods manufacturing for over a century. The city produces 70% of the world's hand-stitched footballs, and is a major hub for sportswear, leather goods, surgical instruments, and martial arts equipment.

Sprintoz operates from a modern facility in the Sialkot Industrial Estate. We combine generations of manufacturing expertise with today's production technology — sublimation printers, multi-head embroidery, and CAD cutting — to deliver professional quality at B2B wholesale pricing.

Unlike trading companies, we don't outsource. Every garment is cut, sewn, printed, inspected, and packed in-house — giving you complete control over quality, timelines, and customisation.

Production Capabilities

Cutting & Pattern

Precision CAD pattern cutting with minimal fabric waste. We handle complex multi-panel designs and custom sizing.

Sublimation Printing

Full-colour sublimation on polyester, heat transfer, and screen print for cotton. Pantone colour matching on every order.

Stitching & Assembly

6 production lines with flatlock, overlock, and cover-stitch machines. Reinforced seams for contact sports.

Embroidery

Multi-head embroidery machines for crests, logos, and names. Up to 15 colours per design, 3D puff embroidery available.

Quality Control

3-stage QC: fabric inspection, in-line checks during production, and final piece-by-piece inspection before packing.

Packing & Dispatch

Custom packaging, polybags, hang tags, and branded boxes. Inspection photos sent before every shipment leaves.
