Step 02 — Quote

Receive a Detailed Quote

Within 4 business hours, we send a full pricing breakdown including unit cost, setup fees (if any), and shipping estimates. No hidden costs.

Per-unit pricing based on fabric, print method, and qty

Shipping estimate (air freight or sea freight)

Timeline: sample lead time + bulk production time

Payment terms: typically 50% deposit, 50% before shipping

Step 03 — Sample

Approve a Production Sample

We make a physical sample with your branding, colours, and sizing. You approve fit, quality, and print before we touch the bulk order.

Sample production: 7–10 business days

Shipped via express courier (DHL / FedEx)

Revisions included — we adjust until you approve

Sample cost credited against your bulk order

Step 04 — Production

Bulk Manufacturing Begins

Once approved, your order enters our cutting, stitching, and printing lines. You receive progress updates and in-line QC photos throughout.

Bulk production: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity

In-line quality checks at every stage

Final piece-by-piece inspection before packing

Step 05 — Delivery

Packed, Inspected & Shipped

Inspection photos before dispatch. Your order ships tracked via air or sea freight to your door — US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and beyond.

Inspection photos sent before shipment leaves

Custom packaging, polybags, hang tags available

Air freight (5–7 days) or sea freight (15–25 days)

Common Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per style/colour. For Custom OEM and private label, we can discuss lower MOQs for first-time orders.

How long does production take?

Samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production is typically 2–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on order size and complexity.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and 30+ other countries via air or sea freight with full tracking.

Can I get a sample before ordering bulk?

Absolutely. We always recommend approving a physical sample first. Sample costs are credited against your bulk order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (T/T) is our standard. Typically 50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipment. PayPal available for sample orders.
