By accessing and using Sprintoz's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Orders and Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Minimum order quantities apply for custom designs. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
Customization and Design
You are responsible for providing artwork and designs that do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. Sprintoz reserves the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property rights.
Production and Delivery
Production times vary by product and order size. Estimated delivery times will be provided with your quote. We ship to the US, UK, and EU with tracking provided for all orders.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
Limitation of Liability
Sprintoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
